Yes, it is possible to receive SMS online. However, there are a few steps that need to be taken before you can start receiving SMS on your computer.

First, you will need to purchase a SIM card from any mobile network provider. This can be done either by going to a store in person or by ordering one online. Once you have your non-VOIP real sim card numbers card, you will want to install it into your phone and make sure that it works properly.

Once this is done, you will need to go into the settings of your phone and change the APN settings so that they match those of your internet service provider (ISP). In this case, we are using AT&T as our ISP but these instructions should work equally well for any other major ISP in America such as Verizon Wireless or T-Mobile USA.

Once you have changed these settings, you can open up an internet browser on your computer and type in “my.att.com” into the address bar followed by “/mms/wapenc” (without quotes). Enter your account information when prompted and then click “Submit”. You should now see a screen with a new message from AT&T asking if you would like to receive MMS messages from other people or not; choose “Yes
